Driving customer acquisition and premium growth for a natural skincare brand
The brief
Who was the brand and what was the challenge?
BEMORA is a premium, natural skincare range. Customer loyalty was good but the goal was to increase market penetration through trial for new customer acquisition and broaden/increase spend across product range with existing client base.
The approach
How we answered the brief
We reviewed business goals and projections, completing a full SWOT and market deep dive to assess competitor positioning, customer behaviour and Sources of Growth. This enabled us to prioritise the strongest opportunities in line with business objectives and manufacturing capacity, sharpening the overall strategy.
I then developed a tailored marketing and sales plan with immediate and phased actions to drive growth from the existing customer base and increase market penetration. The outcome was a clear, practical roadmap covering portfolio rationalisation and NPD, with hands-on support through implementation and key decision-making.

Increased monthly revenue by 200%
Launched internationally with strong influencer marketing campaign
Localised testing campaigns and introduction of trial/travel pack of smaller sizes for easier conversion into more premium priced larger pack sizes
